2)  No Upfront Fee

Royal Fincorp does NOT charge any upfront fee for loan approval.

• Any service charge (if applicable) is only for documentation or facilitation support and is collected after eligibility confirmation.

3)  No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Loan approval depends entirely on the lending institution:

• Customer credit score

• Lender’s internal policies

• Income eligibility

• Verification results

• We do not influence or alter any credit decision.

4)  Third-Party Lenders

Loan applications are facilitated only with regulated financial institutions:

• RBI-regulated banks

• RBI-registered NBFCs

• We do not work with unregulated lenders.

5)  No Misrepresentation

We do not:

• Promise guaranteed approval

• Offer government schemes or subsidies

• Offer 0% interest loan programs

• Misrepresent lender benefits

• All information shared is based on lender policies available at the time of inquiry.

6)  Data Sharing & Consent

• Customer data is shared only with the relevant lending institution and only after receiving explicit consent from the customer.
